Good stuff
My doc has had me on red beet powder for years. Great for the blood. I changed from raw red beet powder to these caps a while back, and my blood work panels have not changed, still at good levels. Thumbs up.

Great in tablet form
I used to eat the beet powder and it tastes terrible but it’s so nice that it comes in a tablet form. It’s tasteless and I have no side effects from it.
