Directions: 1. Wash your hands and open the foil bag. 2. Fully unravel the string at the stem of the pearls. 3. Insert the balls inside the vagina approximately 7cm deep. 4. After 48-72 hours, remove the pearl by pulling on the string and discard. 5. Allow 24 hours before inserting the next pearls. 6. Instructions and finger sleeves included.
