How is the quality of this product?

Generally very nice, Not loud but excellent sound quality. Fantastic battery life, Absolutely love the case. I've had them over a year daily use might charge twice a week at worst. Stands up to moisture exposure fairly well also.

size & port: how large is the case and what charging port does it have?

It’s a USB-C type for charging. Just as a guess on size of case it’s daily big compared to others, I’m guessing around 3-4 inches long, close to 1 inch in diameter.
