Beware: Damaged Color Cartridge and Poor Customer Service
I ordered a twin pack of ink cartridges (black and color). The black cartridge worked perfectly and was immediately recognized by my HP printer. However, the color cartridge had leaked within its sealed packaging. I've contacted the seller for a replacement but haven't received a response yet. Based on this experience, I'd advise caution when purchasing from this seller due to potential issues with product quality and customer service.
