I bought this because my original chain broke and I love my charm. The necklace is thin but sturdy and beautiful. The only issue I'm having is my baby hairs by the back of my neck are getting twisted around the chain by the clasp. But we'll worth the money and lifetime warranty that comes with it! Very pleased

I've had my necklace now for over 2 months. So far, it's been great. I've been wearing it 24/7. I have a single charm on it. No problems with getting my hair (waist lenght) caught in the clasp, and it's still shiny. Very happy with it.

I really did love this necklace. I loved everything about it. It looks so dainty shiny until it broke not even a year old. I have entered warranty but I don’t think it’s gonna cover it but there’s that it’s a beautiful chain but if you’re looking for a lifetime chain I don’t think this is your chain but it’s a fabulous chain.

Very disappointed. I wore my necklace for a week and the latch broke. Tried to get ahold of customer service and keep getting a robot not answering my questions.

Unfortunately, it was too long. I need to exchange it.
