This is based on the delivery and its packaging as I have not used the product yet .It was very well packaged and secure and the item is well made and is how described .

Good product, the bait fits on a bar which clips in the box so no chance of it coming loose, and the box locks to prevent children accessing the bait. I felt it was a little pricey, hence 4 stars, but an excellent product.

Good quality item cheap and easy to use and effective

This worked very well with a very large scale rat infestation I had at the bottom of my garden - but not quite as designed. The problem was that the obviously VERY well fed rats were simply too large to get into the inner chamber of the rat box to get at the poison blocks fixed on the metal rod ! Only local field mice got at that - and they weren't the target. In the end I filled, and regularly re-filled the box through tunnel with loose poisoned grain , and the rats really ate it up - and within a few weeks ALL died off . I reckon I killed at least 15 very large rats, maybe more , and I only found one dead rat actually in my garden - the rest presumably dying in their nests. None of the loose grain seems to have escaped the box, which was safely secured in my hedge away from my pets. So worth bearing in mind that these rat killer boxes, regardless of make, may be too small for really big rats to fully enter , (so you might think they don't work) but with loose grain in the entry tunnel they definitely will still work.

Good little bate trap But please be very careful when handling the poison. Use gloves, don’t touch the poison with your hands, that Rat’s will ignore it if they smell human on it. And start eating the bait station instead like mine did! Also it is poisonous to humans to so keep it out of the way of children and pets. Stopped my vermin in its tracks with in a week or two. Came back of a short break to find 4 dead rats, 2 in the kitchen and 2 in the back yard. Not had anything since. The poison also works secondary. So I liked to think that when the poisoned rat returned to its nest and died, every other rat eating it will also die!

Excellent purchase. We have a problem with neighbours feeding birds which attract rats that love living under our patio. Hence the purchase of the Bait Box. It came with bait and we are being successful controlling the vermin. The bow withstands all the weather that is thrown at it. Stays dry inside. Excellent buy.
