Great for Straightening Curly Hair and Easier to Handle
Great product! I have very curly hair, and this has become my go-to tool for straightening. It does a really good job smoothing and straightening my hair quickly. I will say it’s a little harder to get a full blowout look with lots of curls or volume using this version, but it works very well for sleek, straight styles. If I want more body, I usually add curling rods afterward. This is the smaller/thinner version of the original, which I personally prefer because it feels lighter and easier to handle. Overall, a great styling tool.

I love it!
I love this! My first experience with a blow dry brush was one I purchased at a discount department store about two years ago. I dropped it and broke it, so now I needed to replace it. I read reviews on the web and this one had high marks. I've used it a handful of times and I freaking love it. I have long thick hair, so I divide it into six or eight sections and brush through it slowly. I also wait until my hair is at least half dry (I would never go straight to blow drying with a full wet head of hair). It makes my hair silky smooth, doesn't matter if I use heat protectant conditioning spray or not. It works well, and fast (using my method of partially dry hair). Great price for a great blow drying tool. I prefer this over my regular hair dryer, as I have to use that with a brush (and then both hands are full, this only takes one hand). The high, med, low settings are great. And the cool setting is an extra bonus that I didn't have before (I like to cool my hair before I'm done so it doesn't scald me after the fact). Definitely recommend.

An easy, affordable way to get a blowout at home
This is one of my favorite hair tools and something I reach for often. It has multiple heat settings, works really well, and, especially for the price, it’s a fantastic option. It makes doing a blowout at home super easy and much more affordable than salon visits. The tool adds great volume and smoothness with minimal effort, which is a big win if you don’t want to juggle a brush and a dryer. Personal thought: The round brush is a bit wide for my short hair, but it still gives great volume and results. One thing to note is that the top does detach — I’m not sure if other attachments are compatible with this specific model or not, but I would love it if they were. Overall, it’s a very user-friendly tool that delivers solid results and is easy to recommend.

Great time-saver for everyday styling, but not perfect
I’ve been using the Revlon One-Step Volumizer as my main hair styling tool for almost a year now, and overall it’s been a really convenient addition to my routine. I originally bought it to save time by combining drying and styling, and it definitely delivers on that. I typically use it on towel-dried hair, and it dries my hair much faster than using a regular blow dryer and round brush separately. I like that it’s easy to use and straightens my curly hair in just a few swipes. That said, there are a few downsides. The brush can get quite hot, so I wouldn’t recommend holding it in one spot for too long. It’s also a bit bulky, which can make it harder to use on shorter layers or around the back of the head. Over time, I’ve noticed it can be drying, if you use it frequently like me (almost every day since I live in warmer weather), so using a heat protectant is important. I've also noticed some of the bristles have started to fall off, but as I said, I use it almost every day, so for the price, it has been well worth it. Overall, this is a great tool for someone who wants a quick, polished look without spending a lot of time styling. If you have very fine or heat-sensitive hair, you may want to be cautious, but for everyday use, it does a solid job.

Better than Dyson on Coarse, Thick Hair
I have bought expensive blow dryers. I bought the Dyson Air Wrap (big waste of money). When I broke my wrist, I bought this as a temporary styling device because I couldn’t use two hands to do blow drying with a round brush. And - WOW. This made my thick, coarse hair look smooth and shiny. One caveat - I use the second-to/highest heat setting, which is plenty hot. Also, per Abbey Yung (hair influencer) you can easily do damage to your hair with this by mechanically yanking on your hair and roughly pulling through tangles. Don’t do that!! Use this on 80% dried hair to style it and you’ll be good. And make sure your hair is deranged before you run this through, especially if you have thick hair. For best results, run it through in smaller hair sections. I know, I know, we all hate blow drying our hair and want to speed through it. But honestly, I have thick, coarse Caucasian hair to my shoulder blades and I can do my hair in 10 minutes with this (starting with it 80% dry). And I admit, at first I wrapped too much hair around the brush each time. But if you want to use a bit of tension to get the sleekest results, you don’t want to put so much hair in the brush that you get it tangled and risk breaking the hair. You don’t need a Dyson, you don’t need a L’ange. Try this first, and get over yourself on buying a Revlon branded tool you can get at a Target. There is a reason this thing has over 350,000 positive reviews on Amazon. You won’t regret it. PS - if, like me, you have partially gray (but colored) post-menopausal frizzy hair, you NEED this. 😘. You’re welcome.

It works & easy to use
Great product for the price, easy to use. If you dry your hair to 75/80% - you can get a blow dry in the next 5 min. Best approach is to broadly section your hair, to get the best bounce and dry hair . Hair gets the blow dry shine and bounce even without the hair protectant. Light weight and not as noisy as the other reviews. Once hair is dryed use it for styling as you want- quick and very functional- esp for daily use. Cord length is convenient, quite powerful. Just be careful not to take a very big section as hair can get stuck in the machine grooves - focus on keeping them on the brush area only. One sentence- if not the Dyson, choose this over a regular dryer for that smoothness and bounce.

Love the Plus - Recommend Cool Setting
I tried the original when visiting family and loved the results, so bought one. Unfortunately, the low setting on the unit I received was (as many others have reported) way too hot. It smelled like something was burning. That unit went back. Recently I was motivated to try again and noticed the Plus models. I bought the black with pink trim version, and it's just right. I love the way it tames/smooths out my thick, wavy, medium length hair... just as the original model does, but it feels better to use in three significant ways: Size, Temperature, and Volume. The difference in size between the 2.8 and 2.4 is minor, but enough to make the handle more comfortable to hold - that's the main advantage. I also prefer this 2.4 size brush for my shoulder length, somewhat layered hair - it's easier to manage. As for the temperature and volume: I'm using the low setting, and although it's still fairly hot, it functions at half the intensity and half the volume as the medium and high speeds. The overall experience is greatly improved! Btw, I don't use it to dry my hair. Instead I prefer to let my hair air-dry (until it's at least mostly dry), and then use the brush just to style it. I also use it when my hair is a little wet from washing up in the morning. In less than 5 minutes my hair looks like I just walked out of the best salon. I love this styling brush! Highly recommend the Plus! Update June 2024: I'm switching to the Cool setting, and recommend this as a precaution. The other settings, including Low are all hot. The Cool setting is actually lukewarm. It's comfortable. I'm sharing this update because, although I successfully used the Low setting 1-2 x's a week for a solid 5 months, quite suddenly my hair has been looking straw-like in the places where I've used it most... looks awful. In trying to figure out what caused this damage, I recall a couple times recently using the brush to dry my hair when it was still rather damp. This was in contrast to all the other times when my hair was pretty much dry. To be safe, when I use this in the future, after my hair is restored, I'll go back to using it just for styling, not drying, and will only use the Cool setting. Meanwhile, I bought some Moroccan Oil to help smooth and restore my hair... it feels softer, but still looks damaged. I think it'll take a couple of hair cuts to get back to normal.

So far so good!
I have wanted a hairbrush dryer for a while now. I have very thin, fine hair that is prone to frizz no matter what I do. It was the claims of adding volume, shine and frizz control. Since there are many options, I did some research both online and Amazon to try and narrow it down. I'm sure anyone reading this already knows there's lots of choices and you can spend a lot on these! Due to budget constraints, most were checked off the list for that reason alone. What I did see was that this Revlon Hairbrush dryer kept popping up in articles (probably sponsored ads?) and that it's also one of the top sellers on Amazon. Based off price, product description and customer reviews I made the leap and purchased this one. It arrived next day (on time) I had read some reviews that customers received brushes with stands of hair in them. That was not my experience. Everything was packaged right and had no signs of any use. It has a little weight to it but not so much that it should bother you. I also read reviews that said it is exceptionally louder than a regular hair dryer. To me it is no louder at all. I love the swivel cord, especially when curling, smart touch! It must be said that I am no good at styling my hair with brush and hair dryer. I found this much easier to use but I did practice a bit. As other reviewers stated, it does run pretty hot on all settings. There is a rubber grip on the end to hold on too but it's not too big. Just be aware of that and maybe wear a glove? It does have three air flow settings, low, medium and high but it's important to note that they only control the flow, not the temperature. The low setting does feel slightly cooler but that could just be because of the slower speed. There is a cold shot button which is recommended to hold your style, but doesn't blow very cold air at all. The setting controls are at the bottom end and they are very hard to reach and turn with just one hand unless you curl the brush until it is facing away from you and you can see it in the mirror. Otherwise it pretty much forces you take brush out of your hair to change settings and than move back to finish spot, that doesn't help the style and it's annoying. It may be easier for some and maybe I will get better at it as I get used to it. As far as drying time, it dries my hair super fast! It always has with regular dryer but this cuts it down to a fraction of the time! It also does add some volume to my otherwise limp hair, it curls nice and I love that I can straighten or curl with one tool. My biggest concern and what almost caused me to pass on this are the reviews stating this has damaged their hair, some even claim there hair has fallen out! This scares the you know what out of me, especially as someone who has suffered hair loss before (stress) and doesn't have the healthiest hair to begin with. The really scary part is the ones that say that they loved this, used for months and than hair began falling out! How would you even know it would happen until it has and than it's too late. Based off all the positive reviews and women I know using them with no hair damage I decided to try. You definitely should use a heat protector and many have said to wait until hair is 70-80% dry. I only use the low and cool settings, as I mentioned it seems a little cooler to me and slower flow. That still drys my hair super fast, so I'm praying that with the faster dry time, product and waiting till almost dry will result in healthier hair instead as some have said. I understand the low setting probably won't dry fast for long, thick hair but it works for me. Overall, I am pretty happy with this purchase. It has helped me with frizz, not all gone but definitely helps! It gives me some volume and it also gives me some more shine though I can't tell you how much, how do they guage that percentage anyway? Lol So far overall I'm glad I bought it. Going forward, I will update as needed. Please pray my hair doesn't start falling out!!

Cepillo secador Revlon
El cepillo cumple perfecto con su función, re peina y seca el cabello increíble. Lo único malo es que con el tiempo el cepillo se desgasta y no hay como repuesto, sin embargo si te dura como unos 2 o 3 años de uso diario
