Warm, no sweat, perfect padding. Worn these for years! Love, love, love them!

Love these socks. They work great for winter biking but would also be great for hiking. Nice and thick. I wear a woman's 11 shoe so I got the large. Stretch enough to go on easily unlike some socks which don't have quite enough stretch. I wore them today to ride in 25 degree F temps. I would recommend a thin wool liner or shoe covers for low temps just to be safe. My shoes are woven so they let in more air than a lot of cycling shoes.

I am temporarily living in Alaska and these are a must have. I wear them mostly when I am exercising because they prevent sweat. A lot of socks are so warm they make your feet sweat and in turn make your feet colder. These are really thick but the material keeps you dry.

I live at 8,000 ft in Colorado and had a pair of Woolie Booies that my wife kept stealing for her own. I bought her these and you'd thought I'd given her a new car. She loves them and I get to wear my own pair now!

I've owned Defeet Woolie Boolies for many years, and these are just as nice. They're a bit thicker than the ones I've had in the past, but I'm getting used to them!

These are thicker than I really wanted but they are warm and still fit with my shoes.
