Are they safe to wear even when you wear prescription glasses?

What percentage of blue light do these lenses block, and in what wavelength?

I’m not sure how to answer this , but it comes with a little blue flashlight and paper. When you flash blue light on paper, it turns blue/purple. When you put it behind the glasses, and flash blue light, it stays white!
