Great starter kit for sourdough bread making

Good tools for a beginner bread maker.

I was gifted this set and made my first sourdough bread with it yesterday. The bread was my best loaf yet! Huge and beautifully shaped. Everyone said it looked like a bakery loaf. The set comes with everything you need to make sourdough bread-a mat, whisk, 2 benneton baskets with liners, lame, bowl scraper, sling. Everything was nice quality and easy to clean. I highly recommend this set if you want to make beautiful sourdough bread.

Basic set for beginners and works well!

This is a terrific assortment of supplies for baking sourdough bread. One of the banneton bowls purchased at a kitchen store local to me was $30 by itself, so you can tell by that alone the value is amazing. I used the oval bowl for my last proofing, and it turned out very well. It is nice that the kit included 2 bench scrapers, the plastic one is gentle on my plastic dough mat and the metal is both beautiful, and functional on the actual countertop. Absolutely recommend!

Sehr schönes und praktisches Brotgärkorbset. Die Körbe sind sauber verarbeitet und geben dem Teig während der Gehzeit eine gute Form. Der Teig lässt sich nach dem Gären leicht lösen, besonders bei leichter Bemehlung. Die typische Struktur wird gleichmäßig und sauber auf das Brot übertragen. Das Set eignet sich sowohl für Anfänger als auch für erfahrene Hobbybäcker. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die gerne selbst Brot backen. Ich habe vor kurzem angefangen Sauerteig anzusetzen und habe mir das Set geholt. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert und die Qualität ist für den Preis voll in Ordnung. Die Rattan Körbchen haben bei mir auch absolut nicht unangenehm oder chemisch gerochen.
