Q: Can it be used with William allegro 2?

Yes it can. Just The allegro is a full length keyboard. The stand will extend out about 3 feet but keep in mind the more you extend it, the lower it will sit.

Q: Will it fit to my concermate 980?

I believe that it will fit your 980, I have an 88 key Williams and it holds it really steady and sturdy.. Yours is a lil shorter and wider but it would be able to hold it and the stand is adjustable for sitting or standing.. It would fit almost any electronic keyboard..

This stand is very sturdy and it appears to have good straps that seem to have a good amount of adjustment in them. My keyboard is about 46" x 17" . It is an older keyboard that I bought for my grandson years ago. It is a Casio LK-73. I hope this helps.
