The seal is not tight so if you put hot water in the bottom, as they say to do, it will leak all over the place and not keep your food warm. The food compartment also does not seal well so wet foods will leak out. It comes with a spoon and nice metal chopsticks but the chopsticks don't fit in the utensil compartment. See video.

It is so cute love it so much what I expected too awhile to come not really mad about that but now I can eat good lunch keep it hot !

I love this lunch box. It's easy to pack a lunch in. I mostly have been using it to pit my daily snacks in. It works really well to remind me to keep with my routine.
