Timexx Coca-Cola 1971 Unity Watch Collection

I’m trying to get back into analog watches after years of smart watches bc it’s an eyesore in professional pictures. This was the perfect.

Firstly, I got this watch when it was on sale for $30. For what I paid - it is unbelievable. The absolute best value I've ever gotten on a watch. Even better than Casio, for under $35 anyway. You can see just how serious this watch is in my photos. This isn't a toy. Its a real watch. Illuminated hands. The classic Timex light up dial. And btw, the "Coca-Cola" appears to be painted on. I was surprised by that. It looks very good. I do have a criticism though and it is in regards to the band. It's not comfortable. I would rather wear a Weekender just because the strap it comes with is more comfortable. But of course, these things are replaceable and interchangeable so it's not a big deal. I will say though, the clasp on the strap is awesome. It's stainless steel and says "TIMEX" on it.Overall, phenomenal watch. Can not believe I got this for $30.

Watch looks and functions great. The components are high quality and and comfortable. The watch was just a little thin for my liking and the tapered band makes it really feminine. Had to return as I don't agree with the aesthetic.

I love this watch,it's sort of retro...just what I was looking for,brightly colored watch band and it's from 1971,when my oldest son was born,my tribute to him!!

I fondly remember the Coke ads. I changed the strap to one featuring the Grateful Dead marching bears. Makes for colorful presentation on my wrist. Brings back memories of the 60s to me. Love it.

I got one of these for myself to go in a shadow box. My daughter liked it so much I ordered another one for her. The price was so good, I didn't mind ordering a second.

This watch quit working shortly after the return time. Bought a new battery & it worked for a few hours & quit again. My brother was very disappointed that it quit. Was a birthday present for him. He is Intellectually & Developmentally Disabled & in a Nursing Home. I too was very disappointed in the quality of this watch.
