Beautiful handi
Looks, convenience, a bit of dum cooking - the handi ticks all the right boxes. Just be careful about sizes. 4 l may turn out to be small if you are looking to cook say 1 kg of biryani.

Glass lid defect
I found a bend on glass lid , but it closes well ,so not big deal for me . But spending over 2k and getting a defective product is really bad . I request the seller to Please check the product before you send it through Amazon , this is wrong .Other than that the product looks great and classy. Now Im going to take a cutting blair and see if I could fix it lol...

Hawkins Handi
I basically liked the design of this product especially the wooden handles and the glass top. Moreover it is extremely sturdy and heavy so that chances of topling down from gas stove will not take place

Itās not as expected
I ordered this pot to make biryani. The problem with this pot is that the lid doesnāt fit properly. It lets out too much steam. As a result, I have stopped cooking in it. Because It loses water way too fast, my dishes end up getting burned and stuck to the bottom of the pan. Itās good to boil rice in. So far I have tried to make ādumā biryani for the fear of rice getting burned. Didnāt expect such bad quality product from Hawkins. Very disappointed

Crackline on Lid and No Spatula with package
Received the product on Thursday 20Jun24, the lid has minor crack line and there was no wooden spatula with the handi. @customer care, can the lid be replaced and does the package include a spatula?
