Q: After using this, we have a brown ring around the top (where the top of the water was). Any advice how to clean that?

Need to scrub it with a sponge, they sell sponges just for the tubs, better to do it before you drain it so you can use the water that's in the tub with the cleaner in it. This product brings all the gunk in the pipes out into the tub so when you drain it, it all goes out. But you will have to clean the residue ring. Make sure to fill and drain again as well to get everything out or you may get a foaming problem.

Q: Do you remove your filters when using this? I have 5 filters in my spa compartment, manufacture booklet states never run spa with filters.

when using this product remove all filters, it is a cleanser for mechanical parts only. There is a product for cleaning filters.

Q: Is this safe for inflatable hot tubs?

Did not have any problems or issues. Remember to wipe the water line that is formed when using the product. Rinse it well and remember to pull the filter out before you start flush the filter, pump and lines with a water hose then refill either clean the filter put a new filter in apply proper chemicals and enjoy.

Q: I can’t crawl under the patio to drain the hot tub. I siphon from the top. Can I use this or will it remain in the pipes and mess up the new water?

I always clean my tub before I drain it with Oh Yuk hot tub cleaner. I have a pump that drains most of it out & then I use a wet vac to get rid of the rest. So if you are cleaning your tub before you drain it will be fine. I also run water into the filter area to get extra cleaner out of the pipes. If you just drain & add water it should be ok, but you should clean occasionally.
