I use this mat every year for cookies that have to be rolled out. I don't worry about things sticking to it. It also keeps the mess (flour and cookie dough) off my island countertop. This is the 4th time I have gotten this mat. I have 2 and my 13 year old niece was given one because she love to cook and bake also. The 4th was a gift for a friend.

It was really good but the mat was kept on sliding

Perfect size, easy to clean, doesn't slide around the countertop and easy to wrap around my rolling pin for storage. Years ago I had a heavy plastic mat that did slide and cracked with use. This one is a great improvement. Would purchase again.
