I got this for my brother who has been sober for a few years now. He loved it and appreciated it so much. The look on his face when I gave it to him was priceless. Reminds me why I’m working so hard
I fought through drug addiction, alcohol addiction, codependency, but nothing compares to me food addiction!!! I now live by my freestyle meter. I don’t eat unless it tells me too one bite at a time waiting to see what it says next. About 15-30mins. I no longer feel I am valueless.
