The chair is big , very well cushioned and the most softest luxurious suede like material . Very easy to put together straight forward instructions 10 minutes for setting it up. Great the usb and controls for all the functions anybody could need . Wonderful product for more senior citizens. Having the tilt . Extremely good mechanisms stability is to the highest of standards . The chair looks so good too traditional but modern at the same time . Lovely quality and very good value for money . I had a back injury and couldn't get up from my sofa, I purchased this chair initially for the riser function and now that I have recovered I find the chair very good for relaxing in when reclining, overall a very good buy.

Very please with this chairMaterial is lovely and soft and warm the heat and massage functions are excellent can be used separately or together on 15,30 & 60 min cyclesThe only thing I would change is if the back could go back indecently and not after your legs are completely elevated.

This chair is great I’m waiting for a hip replacement & needed something comfortable this really does fit the bill easy set up ease of use very comfortable can be laid flat like a bed the fact that it rises to help me onto my feet is great as getting up from a normal chair is very painful I’d highly recommend this definitely value for money

I've had problems with this chair from day one, all i want is it out of my life and I get no help from the seller they just ask the same question all the time.Also it's to big for a 64 year old to carry it down two flights of stairs on his own to take it to the nearest post office to return it

This chair is probably the comfiest I've sat it, it's gorgeous. So squishy and lovely soft material (like velvet)The mechanism is smooth (maybe a little slow but I'm in no rush 😉) I've not used the heat yet, the massage is more of a vibration rather than massage but relaxing. The charger port is a great added bonus and very useful.Good communication from seller.I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.
