Roll the dice!
Ordered 2 batteries, one for my phone and one for the wife's phone. The first one had 80 percent maximum capacity, which isn't great but is ok and better than the battery I was replacing.The second had 54 percent maximum capacity, which is pretty bad and worse than the battery it was replacing. I swap it out through Amazon, and get another battery delivered, and guess what?0 percent maximum capacity. They literally replaced the battery that had only 54 percent capacity with a "new" one that can only hold 11 mah. I don't want to bother with another return, I'll just put the original battery back in.

Just what I wanted, easy to install and now I have a like new oneplus 8 pro phone.

Battery drains quickly. Have to constantly charge.
Unfortunately this battery does not last anywhere near as long as it should, especially when the phone is on standby and not being used. I need to constantly keep my phone (OnePlus 6t) charged. I can literally see the battery percentage decrease several points with just the simplest tasks like texting or writing emails. I had to return it after two days.

Do no buy this battery.
I bought the battery hoping i would've gotten a sold and "new" battery... Only to know that battery health is less than 80 percent which is a used battery with a different label paste over the original label... Do not buy

Total Junk to not waste your money on!
Didn't even last a month! After only a few charge cycles,this battery stopped working! I opened up my phone several times to inspect the installation and make sure it was securely connected to the main board,which it was. I ended up buying another one from eBay for $8. Cheaper,that had no issues! Do not recommend this particular battery,buy elsewhere!

Only lasted for 2 weeks
The battery does fit the OnePlus 8 Pro, and worked as expected for about 2 weeks. Then all of a sudden, it would not hold a charge. Would go from a full charge to 8% just sitting there doing nothing. Even just restarting the phone it dropped from 50% to 8% change.
