I'm cooking for one, so I'm not using the giant 12 qt. tub that came with the cooker. The 5 qt. liner from my instant pot is just the right size, but since it has to be out of the instant pot, it has no cover, and if it did, the cover wouldn't have a cutout that precisely fits around my sous vide cooker. This cover is perfect! It's heavy enough that it sits flat on the top of my pot and keeps a good seal even though the pot is a couple of inches smaller in diameter. And the cutout really does fit precisely around my cooker, so there is no water loss going on during cooking.

Does the job well and should provide you an excellent sous vide cover for your 10.5" soup pot. Opening for sous vide cook wand should be a universal fit for 99% of the cooker wands out there. Exactly what I wanted.

I bought the Sous Vide Lid a few months ago, and it's been wonderful. It fits both Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker and up to 10.5" pots perfectly, retains heat effectively during sous vide cooking, and is extremely easy to clean. A highly recommended addition to any kitchen!

great addition to sous vide cooking. Kept the moisture into the pot so no having to add cold water to keep level high enough. Does NOT fit tight, but lies on the pot enough to keep too much water from evaporating and also keeping the temp where it belongs without the heater having to come on as often, so good energy saver..

I had been covering my 8 qt stock pot with heavy duty aluminum foil during the cooking process. Horrified to find the foil had developed a lot of tiny holes allowing steam to escape, and water to pool on top of the foil. Anybody know what that's all about?The Silicone lid fit perfectly and the cut-out for the Anova was right on the money. This solution for less than twenty bucks sure beats spending $75 for a dedicated plastic tub. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’m new to sous vide and didn’t want to spend a lot on a container. I used my inner pot from the 6 quart Instant Pot and this lid fit perfectly. It was an easy, less expensive solution while I’m learning sous vide. This lid also take up a lot less space than another plastic container.

It’s the perfect size for my anova sous vide. Material is pretty thick and sturdy you know it will last you a lifetime. Highly recommend this lid you won’t regret purchasing this item

This sous vide lid worked like a charm. It fit perfectly. The water heated up much faster and stayed at the set temperature. No condensation dripping from the sides and it was so easy to rinse and put away. Easy to store, too. I highly recommend it! Great value for money!

I did a 24 hour sous vide and the water level did not drop. Temperature seemed to stay very consistent as well. No condensation drips down the side of the pot. Very sturdy but flexible lid. Very happy with the product.
