I've used GSE for many years now. I don't get sick like everyone else around me does. I take the drops too, but sometimes I don't have O.J or tomato juice on hand to cover up the bitter taste of the drops, and these capsules make it so much easier to take. Especially for my brother and dad who are diabetics, and shouldn't have the juices with it. I've purchased other brands in the past, but always come back to this one. It just plain works better than the rest. I keep both the caps and the drops on hand, as they can be used for so many things health-wise, and to make household cleaning products too. I used take 25-30 drops of gse when I start to feel something coming on, and it will stop whatever it is in its tracks! The only thing I hate about the drops is it is so darn hard on my hands to squeeze that many drops out. Not to mention, those drops are just for me, so if I am also mixing it up for my dad and brother, that's 3x's the amount of drops! A LOT to squeeze out! So, these caps save my fingers and hand from hurting. I've come to use the caps more and more over the last couple of years mainly for convenience, and the drops more for cleaning. I don't like the tablets, because I prefer capsule or liquid form over tablets in every product. They just aren't as easy for our bodies to digest, and I want the product to get in me as quick as possible. I see way more 1 and 2 stars for this product than I thought I would see. Those reviews are riddled with people that are blaming a product for them not using it properly, not long enough, or not understanding how natural products work. Many times symptoms WILL GET WORSE before they get better. Products like this one, that are potent, and life changing, need to have A LOT of water drank with them to help get those toxins out of your system. It WILL create "die off" and flood your system with toxins. When more toxins are being released than your liver can handle at one time, guess what happens? We feel SICK.........really really sick, like a truck hit us, and we swear the product is making us worse......but it's mainly because we've taken too much too soon, and/or not drank enough water for our toxic system. I take the amounts I take with no issue, but that is because I have taken it off and on for many years for a long time. It is NOT a product to take every day on an ongoing basis. Every day for short term is perfectly fine. If there is one product to have in your home to fight nasty germs, this is the one to have on hand. It will help you and your families overcome a multitude of ailments from simple common cold, ear infections, tooth infections, candida, to swine flu (yes it helped my fiance cure the swine flu!).....but you must follow the directions, and drink A LOT of water. Taking ANY supplement with little to no water, is like putting laundry detergent in the wash without adding water. I don't care how much that load spins around, it will not get clean that way. I take 2 of these caps with 16oz of water, at first sign of anything coming on. I may take another capsule or two later on just to make sure I stay on top of it. During cold and flu season, I take it as I feel I need to, to keep me from getting sick. It works for me, and when I start to run low, I make sure to order more. I wouldn't want to be without it.

Good supplement.

This product was recommended to me as a more holistic option for intestinal/vaginal health. I paired it with a good probiotic and it has been a game charger for overall Vaginal + Urinary + Immune System Health! I’ve been taking it for a few months now. It’s an easy capsule to swallow, and I haven’t had any side effects while using it. Would recommend!

Easy to take with water for a daily supplement; powder in a capsule, lightweight for travel.

I bought this for my Mother who has for years had issue with intermittent diarrhea. she took 1 capsule/day for a week and the problem is gone. I will always keep this in the house. works on dogs also. if you have a small dog buy the liquid and a few drops in the h2o bowl clears things up. people can use the liquid also but the taste is bitter, I used the liquid mixed with petroleum jelly for toe nail fungus. cleared ti in no time. your nail falls of without pain when the fungus is dead then hew nail grows back clear.

I’m mad and could not be more disappointed in multiple ents and allergists in my area. I had one ear clogged for count it- 3.5 years. It was scary to say the least. It would trigger more serious sinus infections, it was painful. I couldn’t hear. Round after round after round of steroidal ear drops, antibiotics, and a tube. NOTHING cleared it...ever! I eventually gave up. Single mom, and too much on my plate. Then this summer I was in a layoff and that thing exploded in my head after a cold- both sinus cavities, and the second ear. I couldn’t interview for work because I couldn’t hear. Given the symptoms and relentlessness of it- my own diagnosis was fungal infection and I had every symptom. It was scary and awful. No health insurance, but even then, why bother when the medical communities negligence was what caused this in the first place bc for some reason MDs are dumb and mute to fungal infection diagnosis and treatment - let’s stick a plug in your fungal infection ear and yell at you when you are jumping off the table (bc unknown to me my poor ear was completely hypersensitive from fungus).I finally got insurance starting 10/1 this year. Went to a 3rd and different ENT. She just said everything looked weird, and prescribed ciprodex. Um, I’m a single mom, desperately underemployed after a layoff , needing to find a better job yesterday for peace for my family so we don’t lose everything, I tell you MD this IS fungal and everywhere and CIPRODEX????? Um no. Finally found this. Also had a refill on some prednisone from a prior MD. Was getting some relief but not full. Finally kicked up one day to 8 total GSE tabs...the next day...WOW! A Miracle worked! That ear plugged for 3.5 years- after suctioning today - it’s getting hearing back!I don’t recommend everyone take that high a dose. Like I said, this was a 3.5 yr fungus spiraled out of control due to blaring and infuriating medical negligence. I’m working through my pure anger over this- thank goodness for calming essential oils and prayer bc I would be making some people’s lives as miserable as they made mine by not taking the time or caring. I get it- our healthcare system is broken and these MDs are also miserable in their lack of control. This is why Functional Medicine is on the rise as is us becoming our own advocates and bypassing the MD like the plague bc they rarely help do more than apply a bandaid to an issue- if they even are able to do that (not in this case). Thank you for my life back GSE! Wish I had found you 3.5 years ago. I will never be without you again however.
