Not sure why the bad reviews.. this is a PAD.. nothing more.. yes it is thin but it does reflect heat.. prob best on top of their bed or cushion.. I put this on my couch where the cat likes to sleep.. It gets really cold up here in New England, and this is truly perfect.. it's got a bit of a crinkle sound, but my cat actually enjoys that.. she'll circle around a half a dozen times and lay right down..She's been laying on this thing on and off (mostly on) for 48 hours now.. When I brought it home, I sat on the couch, and then on this (on the couch) and it is immediately noticably warmer.. nice furry cover, and definitely reflects body heat.. I love it.. She loves it.. WIN!

Don't be fooled by the picture, like I was. I knew for $12.77 it wouldn't be super cushioned, but this is ridiculous. It is literally the thinnest pet bed/crate liner I have ever seen. I don't even know where to start.... The picture shows the animals sinking into it and other reviewers saying it's a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inches thick, it is not! It is maybe, MAYBE, 1/4 inch thick. It is so thin I didnt even know what to compare it to, so I got a pillow case from my sheets to compare and the other picture is a nickel. This thing would basically be one step up from sleeping on the concrete, but wouldn't last. In the first picture the shiny spots are the foil liner showing through. One swipe of a dogs paw and this thing will be shredded. Don't waste you time buying this and then returning it, because you WILL return it. I don't see how this would ever transfer enough heat to keep an animal warm unless it was on top of another pet bed, couch or bed, which kind of defeats the purpose right? This would never stand up to one wash in the washing machine, let alone multiple washes and an animal scratching around on it to get comfortable. The package has one of those sticky, fold over enclosures and even that was so cheap that it tore completely open when I tried to open it. Spend a few more bucks to get a decent pad and bypass this!

I got this to put on my deck because we had some mornings below 15°F this week & I have a couple cats who’d rather freeze than come inside. I probably should’ve read the dimensions because this was a good bit smaller than an x-large of something similar I got last year. This one was also incredibly noisy. That’s probably the biggest thing to consider. I mean it’s not thick and plush if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you’re looking for more than a flannel pillowcase, and apparently effective at reflecting body heat, the only issue seems to be the crinkling. I thought it was way better than the bare deck, but the semi feral cat I intended it for was very suspicious of the crinkling. I’m gonna try a few more times, but if I give up, I think my inside cat might find it fun. This one does lay flat way better than the other. I did buy one that was returned so the price was nicer than new… I LOVE “used” for spoiled strayish cats.

Honestly this was not really what I was expecting. But they work and the animals love them. I have one in my bunny cage for him in the winter and he uses it all winter long. I have 2 for my out side cats and they use them all year around to sleep on in they cat boxes. I was just expecting them to be thicker not thin but the animals love how they work.

This was exactly what I needed for my persnickety old boy! He's not a fan of pet beds in general- he only likes blankets, as they conform to his shape. When I first pulled it out of the box I sat on it for an hour or so to get my scent on it and was pleased with how warm my tush became. It definitely does its job of reflecting back heat! Soon as I set it out he climbed on and it's become his favorite spot. He enjoys the way it has a slight crinkle (this is to be expected from the material that reflects heat, so I was prepared for the sound) and seems quite pleased with himself when he makes biscuits on it. Without the crinkle he would spend much longer making biscuits before eventually losing interest and moving to my lap. With the crinkle, he purrs like crazy and finishes kneading after a handful of minutes before curling up to sleep. He also doesn't get startled as easily when the other cats join him on it, as that slight crinkle of them approaching let's him know he's about to have company. The cover itself is soft and fluffy but not particularly thick. I consider this a bonus as it will make storing it come summer much easier. I didn't want a thick pad, as he'd reject it if it were, so this is just what I was looking for. Overall I'm quite happy with this purchase, as is my picky old furball.

It disintegrated within a few weeks of light use. It literally fell apart and flaked into thousands of tiny pieces. The outer cover was poorly stitched and immediately began unraveling. The inside layer is simply a layer of cheap mylar, and that fell apart within days, turning into a crinkled, crumpled mess gathering in one corner of the case. No insulation value, no warmth for pets. You're better off getting a cheap mylar balloon from the dollar store and throwing an old towel over it! I can't believe I wasted money on this product. Please learn from my mistake and move on.

A good product

esperaba que fuera un poco mas grueso para que le fuera mas acolchonado, pero en realidad es solamente como una cobija es una funda que en su interior tiene una especie de manta reflectora, muy delgado, deben poner algun acojinamiento adicional para mejorar la comodidad de la mascota. en cuanto a la durabilidad, no duro mas que 2 noches, pues la perrita la rompio pues al moverse hace ruidos como de juguete y la despedazo, cuidado si su mascota tienen juguetes que sean en base a ruidos como botella o plasticos, lo considerara un juguete

Arrived on time, exactly as shown. And will keep my cat warm and mat will be easy to clean. It took all of 5 minutes to coax him cat into adopting it as a favourite napping spot.

É um tapete econômico, já que não é elétrico, mas eficiente em condições normais (durante uma cirurgia, ou em certos casos mais graves de pós-cirúrgico, recomendo os modelos elétricos) e tem um ótimo tamanho, podendo abrigar bem até cães de médio porte. Funciona bem com um cobertor para amplificar a contenção de calor emanado pelo próprio animal.

Tapis très mince avec une feuille de plastic avec un isolant très mince qui ne reste pas en place dans la cage du chien . Argent dépensé inutilement . Je l’ai jeté au vidange 2 semaines après .
