It's perfect but A little to loud for me. ( I'm a little hard of hearing) But it works well hearts up perfectly. Best product just not for me maybe a quieter one.

Vibration is strong unlike multiple other neck vibration massagers I’ve tried. Heat is also amply hot enough. My only complaint is that medium is more like low, and low is more like no heat at all. But high works well!

Wrap is easy to use and I appreciate the ease of strapping it around my neck with adjustable velcro strap. Heat is soothing, you have 3 levels of heat. Vibration helps my pain, but it stops after about 10 minutes although it's easy to restart. Nice that it has both a plug for wall socket or usb connector - I like that I can use it plugged into my laptop! I have really come to appreciate the heat and vibration together, help to relax my neck muscle spasms.

Turns off after 10 min or changes temp (really frustrating) The unit is three sections...left and right sections do not heat up (at least mine doesn't) only the center section heats up. The beads shift in the center wrap section, they end up at the bottom of the wrap. All you feel are wires going up/down the center section and the beads at the bottom. Does not heat up the beads (ones at the bottom heat up though, kind of). Just poor design, disappointed. Also the Velcro is awful, should have used magnets. The massage part of the wrap worked fine. Waste of time and $$$$. I bought another brand and it works excellent...and for 15$ less. I cannot believe the positive responses this product has....unbelievable.

I have neck pain all the time so decided to give this a try rather than the microwave versions. I do like the heat, although I do not like the vibration mainly because it is so loud. I got the version with the battery pack, which was not at all worth it. The battery is very small and does not last long. I would buy the one without a battery pack and just buy a good battery pack for a phone, just make sure it has a USB-A port. I like that it is USB powered so it is easy to take in the car or camping. I also would have liked the heat to be spread out more along the wrap, rather than just on the back of the neck. Yes, I can twist it around but I can only heat 1/4 of my neck at a time. The small battery pack, loud vibration, and only localized heat are the reasons it lost 2 stars. I still use it sitting at my desk.

I love my new neck wrap. It’s perfect for getting in the area that hurts. It has three heat settings, and three setting for the build inMassager. It does come with a charger to keep massage part working. The controls to both are on the wrap and can be turned on and off easily. The massager fits right in the middle of my neck and I found by holding onto the ends of both sidesof wrap I can move the heated wrap and put more pressure on the area that needs it the most. Well worth the money.

For less or equal money you can find MUCH better heating pads. I gave it 2 stars because it has a nice long cord making it easy to reach a plug and because the high & medium heat settings are adequate IF you can sit or lie down to press the device against your neck. Otherwise, the fit is awkward on the upper neck at the lower skull area (might be good for tension headaches) BUT the vibrations are useless and quite noisy on the high setting. Sounds like "buzzing bees" and also can only be felt if the device is being pressed against the skin. NOT IMPRESSED
