ASICSWomen's GT-2000 9 Trail Running Shoes

I've been wearing Asics for years. The shoes are good quality, lightweight and very comfortable. I have a narrow heel, which can make it difficult to find shoes that fit without slipping at the back. Asics were suggested to me by a running shop, and I've worn them ever since. I actually bought four of this GT 2009 model (different colors) as price was 50% below what I paid in a retail store when it was newer. It's a super comfortable shoe.

Good shoe! I am on my feet 10+ hours a day being a veterinary technician. These are great and my feet do t hurt!

Asics is my favorite brand to wear for running or leisure activity. This was my first time trying a trail shoe. I love the color and design. My favorite thing is the solid tread grip these shoes offer on any surface. The fit is slightly smaller in length and narrower in the toe box than any other Asics I have tried, so I am exchanging them for a half size larger, otherwise I am pleased overall.

At First Needed to Relace entire shoe to fit my foot in. Was skeptical. Long time Asics buyer & hadn't encountered this. This is a new trail shoe for me. Love these. I'm on my feet all day and I'm also active. Runner! I love to trail run, but more often on pavement. I Always buy trail running shoes. Love the traction. Even on paved trails/sidewalks encounter: leaves, slick spots, ice, debris-- better traction. I've purchased some twice the price that I did not like as much. It is hard to really test a shoe unless you have worn it vs trying it on. Trying it on only goes so far. Great value

The shoes are very comfortable and stable, but the material is not very resistant, and both my shoes got holes on the big toes. Maybe if you size up that won’t happen to you.

I have been wearing this brand for over 20 years and a lot has happened in the industry with materials and colors and so on. These new ones are used to walk on a track with orthotic inserts in them and they were comfortable since the first wearing and two months later I am still pleased. They are holding up fine.Maybe next time iIcould go up to a 7.5 because these are snug with inserts under the liner, but either way I am happy. Thin socks are easy to find.
