Great stand for any future-tech model!
These are perfect for displaying small to medium-sized lightweight models. They are fully adjustable over a good vertical range and look cool without being too visible. The assortment of mounts is very nice, including a round pin, a narrow flat tab, and the base square peg in addition to the two versions of the one pictured. For a lightweight, inexpensive stand, it will support a fair amount of weight. The build quality, with metal fasteners, is quite good and there is not too much flashing to trim around the parts. In a perfect world, this would come with something to cover the hole at the other end of the stand (which is a separate part and not required, but looks nice and improves stability), but as-is this is a great stand for a wide range of models at a very good price.

Great. Nothing much to say
Easy to assemble as always and is sturdy as a brick. I bought two for my exia and rg unicorn to pose with. These are great and will support any gunpla and its pose, so feel free to go all out with your poses. They've been on the stand for months and nothing has fallen off or broken. Just a great actionbase overall!

Low cost and useful with almost no downsides.
So, this is fairly cheap, though it took about three weeks to get from Japan to here. (I've purchased other items from Japanese sellers, via Amazon and other sites, and am used to this. But you should be aware of it.) This is just what it says it is - a display stand. If you go slowly, this will take about ten minutes to build. (More if you decide to paint or otherwise bring out the detailing.) The screws and general engineering make this reasonably sturdy for such a small bit of plastic, and it's really a godsend for displaying some kits. The instructions are in Japanese, but the illustrations are fairly clearly illustrated. (And if you're confused about anything, just search on Bandai Display Stand English to pull up links to English instructions.) The only place you might be wondering is at the end, with the four types of model mounts shown. Two work into pegs in the bottom of a kit's torso, two just slide over with cutouts for the hip joints to fit (and yes, one is saying to trim to size, if needed, that's the shaded section,) and there's a flat mount with a screw if none of the bases fit your kit. The kits themselves will call out which stand adapter to use in many instances. There's some sort of mystery yellow adhesive pad included that's never mentioned in the instructions, so far as I see.The only minus - though, to me, fairly important for this sor t of product - is the lack of storage for the other model mount options, though it provides a place to mount the spare base clip (to fit bases together.). A spot to fit some weights would be nice for the more extreme poses, as well, but a little creativity will fix that.. You can handle many through careful positioning, but some are just going to throw balance off. This isn't the base's fault, just a case of kit design vs physics.

Very useful
Pros:-Inexpensive-Kind of like a mini model-Comes with different connectors which makes it compatible with most, if not all, 1/144 scale Gundam Universe model-Has a compartment that can hold a specific spare pieceCons:-Does not have a compartment to hold the rest of the spare pieces (connectors for different types of models)I got this because I got a Gundam model that was a huge pain to display. It had so much weight on trouble some angles as well as pieces that would fall off easily if you touched them a little more than very gently. Now that I have this, I can pose it in any way I want without worrying about it falling down because the shelf got nudged.I was surprised at first as when this came in, it came like a Gundam model that wasn't built. First I thought, "Oh, so I have to build this =\ " but it turned out to be fun and only took like 10 minutes.I am not sure whether I would have preferred a clear one. I certainly did look for one but I could only find this black version. If I ever got more model kits, I would definitely look into getting more of these stands.

This dose require a screw driver just for everyones information. its a smaller philiphs head. easy to put together and can even hold up my HMM Zoid liger zero which was very impressive to say the least. worth the money id say.

Action Base 2 black
It got here faster than expected, which is great by any means. It's a stand that you have to assemble for 1/144 scale gundam model kits. Any grade will do in that scale. It helps bring poses to life.It has the connectors to deal with almost every kit. The down side of this stand, like most of them in this scale is they are light when fully assembled. If you have a bulkier kit you really need to center it properly or forever play the balance game. For my own I weigh the hollow underside down with ball bearings and hot glue or epoxy which makes it heavy enough to handle a Byarlant Custom with no trouble. It's a good buy and I have a few different colors of this same stand, I like the black one best.

Damaged.
The runner was broken in half and the instructions sheet was damaged. None of the parts got broken but I just wish they would take better care of my packages. Other than that the stand is nice and perfect for most HG models

Great for displaying your models in various action poses.
These action base's for 1/144 models are great for displaying your recent builds, however keep in mind these do not come assembled. I had no clue they come as a kit which needs use of hobby nippers and small screw driver. However that is pretty much standard model making tools which if your buying this you will already have, easy to assemble following the provided instructions. These have provided me with a way of displaying my two most recent builds ( see attached picture ) sturdy enough to hold 1/144 Gunpla models in various poses just keep in mind assembly required but it was a nice change of pace building the action bases and would highly recommend and future purchase again.
