Smooth and sharp
I like this brand of blades. They are a good balance of sharpness and smoothness.

Great Blade!
I've been shaving for over 50 years, and have used those multi blade cartridge razors for years....not anymore! I've now got 8-9 DE Razors in my shave den, and this blade works great in every one of them! It is incredibly smooth, 2, maybe 3 pass shave and absolutely no irritation, razor burn...and the price, sure beats those multi blade cartridge razor blades...hands down, less than a buck a blade! I can easily get 2 weeks of shaves from this blade....but at this price, why bother?!? I put a new blade in my go-to razor, Edwin Jagger 3ONE6 and I'm good for the week.I use a lot of different blades (Gillette; Astra; Personna; Wilkinson Sword, to name a few) But I always seem to go back to these blades made in Russia. Pick up a pack of 5 blades and give 'em a try, you're not going to be disappointed!MH from NH

Fantastic Blades!
These are fantastic blades, Russian made, Teflon coated. I initially bought a sampler pack that had a couple of these blades in the pack. They far outperformed all the others, no razor burn or nicks. I threw the rest away, and bought a shipment of 7 boxes of these blades (5 per box). And I'm using them in my father-in-law's 50 year old double edge razor! The first blade gave me four solid shaves, and I even squeezed out a fifth shave from it. Works out to about 3 cents per shave! Are you kidding me! Crazy good! Get them, you won't regret it!

These are super stainless, NOT teflon coated. Otherwise great
These are super stainless blades, not the special teflon coated version. That being said, these are better than my previous two blade types for my sensitive skin and thick hair: Astra SP, and Feather. The voskhod is much less irritating and easier to go against the grain without cutting the skin, while causing very little razor burn. They cut the hair a bit less effectively, but still result in a good pain free shave. Good blades, false advertising.

Go with Feather brand razor blades. They are worth it.
Inexpensive blade. Smooth, if unremarkable razor blade. Can be a little lacking in close shaved for those with an average to thicker or courser than average beard. I prefer the Japanese Feather raxor blades over all other that I have tried. They cost just pennies more per user, but they remain sharper longer, therefore the price per use is even better than the less expensive razor blades.

The best shave you'll ever get!
Years ago I thought I would give this brand a try since the price was nice. I've been using dollar store and the Dutch Van _________ brand sometimes, but Voskhod blades stand so tall above the rest that I'll never go back! I just received my shipment which should last me a year, as I just COULD NOT continue with the inferior blades I found in my drawer. If you're a regular safety blade user like me, you'll be AMAZED with these blades, it's like night and day! I myself don't even need soap or water and just tap the dry shaver in the sink. I think the blades last longer that way but they ARE teflon coated.

The only blades capable of shaving Chuck Norris' beard!
Russia, the same place we can thank for providing us with all the titanium we needed to build the SR-71 that we then used to spy on them with have also given us the best razor blades. Fantastically sharp blades, good longevity and priced better than most. These are my preferred blades.

Almost as good as PolSilver
With the escalating price of Pol-Silver blades, which in my opinion are still the best for sensitive skin, these are a really nice alternative. They are almost as smooth and WAY, WAY less in cost. Until the over-inflated price of Pol-Silver's goes down, I'll be buying these Voskhod blades.
