Not as adverstised and unwilling to refund returned item after I test the collar on myself.
Did not use. Never charged and I was not given information in the instructions of the potency of the charge watt to the numberical value. My dog is doing just great with voice commands after NOT hearing back from the company, nor did I recieve my refund Terrible company. No communication.
