Giant - Expensive - Couldn't fix my batteries
Bought this to bring some neglected golf cart batteries back to life. It just sat in repair mode for days and according to manual it should have given me an error that they were too dead. The unit is massive, was planning to mount for onboard golf cart but it's too big and heavy.

Product is fine, shipping could use more attention
This charger works as advertised. However, it arrived literally open. There was no tape applied to the box at all. The supplier apparently pulled a box off the shelf, slapped a shipping label on it, and dropped it in a UPS box. You would think UPS would have added at least some tape across the lid, but they didn't.I have no problems at all with the charger.

Not very efficient
When I tested it the efficiency rate was only 60%

Cannot do the full 20 amps continuously, disappointed but already installed.
Does not really charge at 20 amps, I’ve tested using both a clamp meter and a battery monitor shunt, the highway I saw was 16 amps on a fully dead battery. Also, when in power supply mode it only does 10amps. I’m using it on my sailboat, I invert all my 120 volt loads constantly, and use the Charger to keep the batteries charged. (I do this to make it act as a poor mans isolation transformer)I’m basically limited to 10 amps instead of the 20 as advertised, and if I take it out of supply mode the charger won’t stop charging in bulk mode due to it thinking the battery is still taking a charge when really it’s going to the inverter... therefore my batteries will get float charged at 57 volts constantly, which is too high 24 hours a day for my lead acids. In supply mode it will float at 54 volts like I want but again I’m limited to the 10 amps instead of 20.It is well constructed and it does have multiple modes which I like. Has good water ingress protection. Overall decent charger, but not a great power supply, would have been great if it was a full 20 amp power supply.
