Customer support, price, and quality, in that order equals awesome!
Customer service was excellent. They responded to my emails very promptly. I was confused on what to order for both my security doors since each one was on opposite sides. In a response to my email they asked for pictures. They emailed me the part numbers, again on the same day. Parts arrived on time. Compared them with 30 year plus old locks and they look just as sturdy. Fit perfectly. They also keyed both locks for one key to fit both, free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

take a photo of the interior if you need to reverse the hand
I used this product to replace a worn out lock set that was probably 20 years old and looked almost exactly the same. I did need to reverse the hand- if you do this photograph everything so that if you move a part you can put it back where it belongs. I did not and had to search YouTube for a video. All I need was a schematic but I could not find one and there was not one included with the product. Once I got it all set it worked perfectly and I did not need to pay a locksmith $290 to do this work. My only recommendation to the company is to include a photo of the interior and a clearer description of how to open the case- I removed screws that did not need to be removed although that did not turn out to be a problem. Overall a fine product and probably another 20 years of functionality.

I like this product I have a this product since 1992 when I had a security door install on my home and I love it. I would recommend this security lock to anyone and I'm so glad I found it.

Liked the door knob and deadbolt works on my security door but it’s hard to lock and unlock

Exact reproduction as the marks
Exact as the marks easy replacment. Just make sure you read the description of which hand and configuration of the knob and cylinder before ordering to make replacement a breeze.

Right hand reverse and left hand reverse mess up
I ordered two distinctive ones, both proclaimed to be right hand reverse and left hand reverse,They both came in the right hand reverse format.Yes one fit perfectly on my front door, but the orientation is wrong on both formats, beware of the confusing orientation that these locks carry

No longer knobless
I was so glad to finally purchase a new knob for my metal door without spending a fortune. The knob looks really nice. I have yet to try the locking feature(probably because I’ve been without the lock for so long, I forget that I can lock the door now). I’m not sure if this is a manufacturer issue or an issue on my end, but the knob is slightly to big, posing an issue with closing the main door properly(have to push against it). Other than that, a great look and affordable price.
