UPDATE: The customer service is awesome. They reached out to me to discuss the issue with the shoes. After speaking to them, they sent me an 8.5 in the black suede. The shoe fits, looks great, is comfortable, and is a great shoe for work. I like that it seems to be slip resistant and I can wear them for hours without my feet getting tired. I appreciate the extra effort made to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I ended up going a half size larger. ********** I liked the style of the shoe. I normally wear a 7.5 US but I ordered the size 8. I expected it to be just a bit roomier than I was used to wearing. I ordered the shoes that looked like black leather and the ones that looked like black suede. The black leather fit my left foot with absolutely no give. It was tighter than being a secure fit. The right foot was way too tight. A bit of a struggle to get on. The tightness occurred across the instep on both pairs as I tried to walk. There was something about each shoe that was uncomfortable on the ball of my foot. The other issue was the shoe rubbed against my little toe. I really liked the look, and wanted them to work for me, but they were not comfortable. I thought about trying a wide, but wide has always been too big and they didn't have a wide in the black suede. I already initiated my return for both pairs.

These are great shoes. Comfortable and fit the way they are supposed to. True to size and great looking!

I’ve now gone through four pairs of heels or flats for work. I work at the airport where these type of shoes are required. None of those four pairs of heels or flats worked for me and always gave me pain in my feet. I am a very wide footed person and years ago, I had broken my right big toe, so when it healed, my right toe’s bone sticks out a bit on the side. Shoes that are too narrow in front are painful if worn more than 5 hours. At the airport I am on my feel all day. These heels provide so much comfort. They are stylish. Provide a good amount of height for me. I am 5’4” and my heel size is 11W. I purchased size 11 and they are true to size. What makes the heel very comfy are the stretchy bands on each side, so even though the material is leather, the stretchy band allows breathing space and flexibility. I wear nylons at work, which caused my feet to slip a lot so I purchased the non slip inserts that are cushioned which fixed the problem immediately. Wearing the shoes without my nylon feels even better tho. The quality is outstanding. It seems like these heels will last a whole year and I love that the inserts that come with the heel are already cushioned. If it wasn’t for my nylons, I would have worn the heels without the inserts that I purchased separately. I’ve worn them now for a month and there’s no damage, very minimal crease in the front from usage and the ease of walking in an airport has been a breeze. These heels have saved me so much and I will buy another pair another so that I have backup heels when I need to switch out.

I ordered these shoes and received them the next day. I wear a 7.5 and upon first look, these looked small. I tried them on and they fit length wise, but width wise, they feel a tad bit snugged. I wish the shoe came in a size between 7.5 and 8. I say that because I don't need an 8, I just want a tad bit extra room. I say that because I purchased a pair of flats from DREAM PAIRS and the 7.5 was snugged, so I returned and got an 8, and although the 8 fit, but if it wasn't for the strap, the 8 would come off my feet, when I walk. I feel the same would occur with these, if I send them back for a size 8. I think what I will do is order the size 8 first, to see how it fits. Otherwise, I agree with other reviewers, the shoe looks so cute on my feet. :) UPDATE: Ordered the size 8 and tried them on with a pair of knee-hi stockings and they fit perfectly. They still have a snug fit, so I'm guessing once I break them in, that will change, but otherwise, the 8 fits better.

It’s good design and comfortable. I ordered my regular shoe size 6. The price is great inexpensive with the great quality.I will order the brown version

Order arrived on time. Shoes are very comfortable. I wear a size 8 and some shoes like this are too narrow but these fit perfectly. I like the heal hight for wearing with dress slacks. Good traction on heal. Highly recommend these shoes.

For fit and comfort, they are as described. However, they do look really cheap! As they are. So if you don’t mind that, then they are perfect. But as a flight attendant, they made my outfit look….just not what I wanted it to.

These are amazing! I had a much costlier version of shoes that I have worn into the ground and have been looking for a replacement version for some time. These arrived looking very sharp and were extremely comfortable right out of the box. There's a nice heel but not overly high and they look great with dress pants or even flared jeans.

I originally bought a different pair of shoes from this seller, but unfortunately, they ran extremely small and were tight around the arch. On top of that, the material looked very obviously plastic, even from a distance. I requested a refund, and to the seller’s credit, they processed it immediately. What really impressed me was their customer service – they reached out and asked if there was anything they could do to make things right, and even offered to send me a free pair from their collection. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but since it was free, I figured worst case, I’d donate them to charity. To my surprise, the pair they sent (which I’m reviewing now) were beautifully packaged, came in a nice shoe box, and most importantly – they were so comfortable and stylish! I ended up liking them so much that I bought another pair to keep in Italy, so I always have a pair whether I’m there or here. Not only do I recommend these shoes, but I also want to highlight the exceptional customer service. They really went above and beyond to turn a disappointing experience into a great one.

I am a size 5 and I ordered size 5.5 and it fits perfect. I am not a young woman and the heels serves me well. Not too high an d not too low. Just enough to get a good stance. I am just awaiting to use it in an event in May 6. I will get back and say something about using it all day if I don't develop a sore feet or if I get compliments. It looks nice and decent too. Would look great with my jeans or even a formal pants. If I survive the seminar day without an "ouchy: foot. I will buy the other colors. 4 stars for now. Will make it 5 should my feel still feel okay after i attend the seminar day. Update: I've changed my review from 4 to 5 stars. Why? Because, we were out partying last night and these shoes didn't make my feet feel sore ecen without socks I danced and danced and danced and I had so much fun. It felt great to party all night and come home with feet still at its best. I recommend to not so young people who want to have a good stance while adding some height. Can be worn with jeans or skirt. Oh yeah and I had a callus on my left feet which I didn't feel at all wearing this shoes. Hahah
