Have not had the chance to install yet, but arrived quickly. Matches description and seems strong.

Time will tell
Plastic cleats and the screws are too short. Screw size is also very difficult to find elsewhere. Finally found some at Lowes. . Pay a little more for a good stainless cleat if you have a heavy boat. A small jon boat may be fine with these cleats. At least they will not rust.
