Pain relief was very quick, once you get used to the Velcro strap function the fit is ideal.I had tennis elbow for a long time, and I am 100% convinced that this cold therapy worked better than pure compression so would consider this sleeve very effective at doing what it is supposed to.I’d say very good value for money as it’s so versatile in the fit and has a comfortable Velcro strap. The sleeve kept cold for longer than I wanted to wear it.

Having broken my humerus 4 weeks ago Im still having a lot of pain and swelling in my elbow area. I’ve been advised to keep it elevated and Iced. I got this product today and I’m using it as we speak… to put it simply, it’s fantastic. It’s cold, but not too cold to where it hurts, easy to use and comfortable to wear when sat on the sofa resting it… 2 similar products I got from hospital split and leaked all over the place after a few uses. Obviously haven’t used it long enough yet to test durability but initial impressions are really good! 👍

Great pain relief and aided recovery of tennis elbow
