It's a really nice product for basic workouts at home. I have used it for more than a week now and I find the quality very good (having said that, you need to remember that this is an elastic band and it will have physical limits). Hardly used bands. Already one of them tore with the slightest stretch. Luckly I was not seriously injured. Just a blister on the finger for a couple of days. Cheap. Don't buy
