A must read book for GenZ/Millennial
The Author has made remarkable efforts to come out with a Book that is comprehensive in covering all aspects to enlighten the readers with the concept of Quality of Life [QoL] & to become Maximum Person.I believe this Book will be quite useful for all especially the GenZ/Millennial who often ignores various reasons [stressors] identified by the Author for dwindling QoL and also enable the reader to restore the QoL back to become a Maximum Person in Life with appropriate suggestions in the form of tools & techniques etc.The Author rightly emphasized the key philosophy that holds good for all times i.e. “High Quality of Life does not happen to you, you make it happen”.I wish the Author’s wish for people to evolve in to a Maximum Person should be seen in Reality sooner and appreciate his endeavor to improve the QoL in a sustainable manner & thus ensure High QoL for the forthcoming generations.I wish this Book should be translated in to vernacular languages in order to reach out to maximum population & that would enable the Author’s sincere vision to see the world with Maximum Persons.

An interesting read!
The book was a really interesting read! Breaking its contents into well-organized four-parts, the author uses his keen observations to point out several real-life instances that instantly connect us to the book, and helps us better understand the context in terms of how the small things impact a person's quality of life. The book is well-rounded in covering all the stakeholders involved for a person to really enable their MAX-P, especially focusing on institutional imperatives. The book is interesting and opens suggestions on how QoL can be modelled, and also adapted to improve consistently. The epilogue brings a contrast in terms of its tone as set apart from the rest of the book, and to describe it in the book's own words: "This book will not be complete without at least a cursory examination of the Maximum Person from a philosophical perspective..." Discussing Nehru and Hawking, and referencing Interstellar, the author is well aware of which stories connect to the contemporary reader. And after reading the book, I agree with the author when he says: "Is this book the last word on the Maximum Person? I hope not." We all truly must try to bring out the MAX-P in us, indeed!

Very timely book which helps individuals and institutions to realign their priorities to improve QOL
The book deals in fair detail about why there is a need to to relook at priorities at individual and institutional level to improve the quality of human life using techniques and tools which are already available. With rising levels of digitisation , remote working , need for achieveing quick results in corporates the book focusses attention on what matters most -improving the quality of human life.. While the book evokes curiosity and increases the awareness it is not a manual for practicing the tools which are suggested. It is definitely a good place to start on the journey.

A good book
Using various examples, the author describes how the Quality of Life is declining rapidly and how to improve it as an individual by focusing on personal and social attributes. A significant part of the book is dedicated to why and how companies should also focus on the well-being of their employees. We need to educate ourselves and understand the importance of high Quality of Life; this book will help you do that. I recommend it.

Truely a Thoughtful Compilation!
A quality work by Mr. GB Prabhat- Maximum Person. The book beautifully describes all sorts of real-life activities that a human does in daily life being unaware of the impact of their actions on the quality of their life. The interesting part was it comprises of examples with management’s perspective that helped me (MBA Student) form link with the knowledge obtained from study course in real life. My favorite line in the book was “Nobody owes you a life. You owe it to yourself.” It specifically motivates the reader to think things in a manner that urges them to start working on the QoL because if not now then when? It has also suggested the PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) cycle that provides master control approach for an individual’s efforts towards improving the QoL that’s unique to their own. It’d be a good read for people of all ages as it offers topics of many domains that would interest all.
