Over Easy Pancake Express

I've found the Pancake Factory to be very versatile and well-suited for a one or two person household. Using it to prepare a meal for more than two people can take a little too much time for it to be enjoyable. It does a wonderful job with pancakes, no more problems flipping them and making a mess. It's great for making fried eggs with either soft or hard center. Just wipe a little oil on the cooking surface and you're ready to cook eggs perfectly every time. No more broken centers, jusr close the top, cook for a minute or so, flip and there you have perfect eggs. You can sprinkle corned beef on the cooking surface, add an egg, close the top and presto, super easy corned beef and eggs. It also works well making potato pancakes from leftover mashed potatoes. Just use your imagination and you'll surely come up with ideas suited to your taste buds. Clean up is fast and easy making the Pancake Factory more than just another appliance you use once in a blue moon.

The pancake express works great. Have a lot of oil spray on hand, though, because without spraying the hot plates each time, the pancakes stick. But it is easy to make great pancakes, and the cleanup is simple. And now I don't have to scrub a burnt frying pan after frantically trying to get the temperature just right to cook the pancakes without burning them and the oil.

When the handle of my previous pancake maker broke, I searched for another product similar in ease of use. I found that in this product. Not only can I make two pancakes at the same time, I get the perfect pancake with each use. Having the scoop is great because you always have the right amount of batter you need each time. The product is electric, so I can take it other places to use such as church or a special breakfast where hot foods are warranted. Clean-up is quick and storage is perfect. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is searching to find a quick and easy way to make pancakes.

Not the cheapest of the "instant Pancake makers", but certainly just what we were looking for. Hadn't seen one of these since our original "Magic Chef" fell off the counter and broke. Works really well, quick to heat up, easy to clean, and makes really cool little omelette's as well!

THE IS A GREAT APPLIANCE FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. AS AN ENGINEER, I'M TAKEN BY THE UNIQUE DESIGN AND THE EASE OF USE. WE USE IT AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR PANCAKES, OMELETS AND TOASTED SANDWICHES. iT IS VERY FAST AND IS QUICKLY CLEANED UP.

If you are making Pancakes for two this is a great product. It is small easy to clean, easy to store and the pancakes come up nice and brown and hot...... It there are more than two people its gets a little tight, you the cook get to spend a lot of time pouring and standing and waiting and will be the last to eat, when everyone else has gone shopping :) Or you could get someone else to do the cooking!! Like the first person finished with their pancakes..I really do like this product...

This pancake maker has been with me for about 7 years. It has held up and always answers the call to feed a family of five every Sunday. I like how it is able to make two pancakes at a time, this makes cooking more time friendly while still offering a high quality pancake. I do wish however that the decorative writing would not have eroded but that can't be helped. It's very kid friendly as all three of my children ages 10,9, and 8 use it without any problems. Overall it's a sturdy, kid-friendly, time-efficient little pancake maker.
