Q: Does this kit have the U-Bolt needed to mount the bracket to the axle tube?

Everything you need will be included for install for the kit.

Q: Do i need this bracket if i have an adjustable track bar?

No. The bracket is used with stock track bars to compensate for the lift. The bracket is the cheaper alternative to an adjustable track bar.

Q: Does it have 3 mounting holes for different lift heights? The one I got only has 1 hole.

The one I received has three mounting holes. I believe it depends on what lift size you requested although not sure that is an option. Contact RC directly and ask them. Customer support has been great in my dealings with them.
