Nice serum, worked on my pigmentation but its slightly oily for my skin, but good for ache Mark's and pigmentation.

I bought it to target dark spots and pigmentation, and here’s how it worked for me: Pros: Effective on Dark Spots: After consistent use, I can see some of my dark spots lightening up. The combination of Kojic Acid, Alpha Arbutin, and Niacinamide seems to work well for pigmentation. Gentle Formula: Even with my sensitive skin, I haven’t experienced any irritation or redness. It feels gentle but effective. Lightweight Texture: The serum is lightweight and non-greasy, so it absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky feeling. Perfect for layering under moisturizer and makeup. Great for All Skin Types: I have combination skin, but this serum works well without making my skin too oily or dry. It seems well-balanced for all skin types. Cons: Needs Patience for Results: While I saw some changes, you’ll need to use it consistently for a few weeks to see significant results. It’s not a quick fix. Slightly Pricey for 30ml: While it works, the 30ml bottle could be more affordable considering the amount you need to use regularly for visible results. Nice product but not perfect My skin

A small amount goes a long way. Been using this for years and it’s definitely working in the right direction. You will not see changes over night. And nor has the pigmentation completely faded but its many many many shades lighter to when I started. It is non-sticky and I am using it once daily in the AM. My skin type is sensitive and it works well for me.

Feedback and Refund Request for 2% Kojic Acid Serum – New Formula Issue Dear The Derma Co Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent purchase of your 2% Kojic Acid Serum, which I have been using and trusting for the past two years. This product has always been my go-to solution for pigmentation, dark spots, and pore issues — and it has consistently delivered amazing results in the past. However, the latest serum I purchased (from Amazon, with updated packaging) is completely different in both smell and texture. It has a strong, unpleasant odor, and upon application, it caused severe irritation, itching, redness, and a burning sensation on my face. Clearly, the formula has changed, and unfortunately, it does not suit my skin at all. This is extremely disappointing and concerning, especially for long-time loyal customers like me. I trusted the brand and bought the product assuming it was the same as before, just in new packaging. Unfortunately, this has caused me discomfort and damaged my skin. I kindly request: Immediate action and clarification regarding the change in formulation. A full refund for the purchase made through Amazon. A quality check or recall (if necessary) on the recent batch of this product. Please treat this issue with urgency, as it has caused me physical discomfort and has shaken my trust in the brand.

انا بشرتي متصبغة و فيها مسام و حاجز البشرة معدوم و عندي رؤوس سوداء وجافة و طلبته بناء على المواد الفعالة الي فيه مقشرات خفيفة و فعالة و صلني في حالة مهي حلوة و العلبة حارة جددا خفت من البداية بس قلت اذا ما فاد محا يضر و النتيجة مساماتي خفت حاجز البشرة ترمم ملمس بشرتي مرة صاير يجننن بس اثار الحبوب و التصبغات ما لاحظت تغير ممكن مع الاستمرار بس عجبني المنتج المكونات الي فيه في منتجات ثانية تجي غالية بس التغليف و التسليم كان سيء

The product and its quality and packing and all are awesome to be honest . The usage is sooo easy there is small dropper like thing in the pack itself for taking the serum and the best part is the filler cones with a caping system so that we can close the bottle of serum with the droper in it so that we can use it easily the next time we use and its non spilling and secured. There is another tight cap if u need so, but the cap is tight so we cant remove easily if u use the product daily . The product is non smelly and comfortable . the quality is good .. for such a high price the quantity can be little more 😅 . just a suggestion. ITS LITTLE COSTLY
