A little smaller than I expected but seems to be adequate quality for demonstration purposes. The round magnets are very strong. The little cars are pretty flimsy but still adequate for demonstration.

Perfect, engaging Christmas gift. Great quality and is exactly as it was described.

The container for the magnets was very nice. Be careful to read the measurements of the items. When I got the package I expected the pieces to be larger. The quality of the pieces are good. However the iron filings are in a sealed container which I did not expect. It would be nice to have some teaching materials along with the product. A simple list of experiments you can use the magnets with. That's the only reason I downgraded my review one star

This little kit is exactly as it was shown online. I was happy I could open the box to play, I mean inspect (lol), the magnets before gifting them to my four year old grandson. He will be thrilled with this set. These magnets are quite strong. Yes, they are little pieces but that is exactly what I was looking for as this is for little hands. And I was very happy the iron filings are in a sealed clear plastic box. I do not want those spilled all over the house.

Arrived with one of the magnets (the horseshoe) broken into three pieces. My kiddos already saw the magnets and wanted to play with them, so my husband is going to attempt to fix it, but it still shows how fragile these magnets are if they arrived in this condition.

The magnets were a great accompaniment to our science lesson. The students enjoyed the hands on activity. This was the first time the students had ever experienced magnets.

I ordered this for my son to use for experiments during the magnetic chapter in his Science class. It had everything we needed for all of the experiments. I was also much easier and cheaper to buy this kit than to try to find all of the items at stores. I do recommend!

This magnet set is garbage. Don’t waist your money. My child had it for 2 hrs and it broke. He felt awful. I decided to buy him a better option. Don’t buy

Es un kit de imanes muy completo, con distintos imanes (de distintas formas). Además de los imanes artificiales, contiene una pequeña cajita con polvo de magnetita, el mineral a partir del cual se fabrican los imanes. Lo que me gusta es que todos los imanes tienen el polo positivo y negativo pintado para poder diferenciarlos.

I ordered this kit for my grandson to learn about magnetism. It arrived promptly and in good order. It's small in size but contains several different medium sized magnets that demontstrate attraction and repulsion of different polarities of magnets. The three small trains were a hit as they could be pushed on repulsion mode (Hot Wheels tracks, not included, helps to keep them in line). There are no miniscule magnets that younger siblings could accidently swallow. Educational and fun, highly recommend for young scientific minds.
