Mine arrived just as advertised, perfect condition. Lots of delicate work to be accomplished to get this back to WATERPROOF standards. Remove any rubber washers prior to apply heat to remove old shaft. “Red” tubbed white glue. YouTube!

Walls of replacement shaft are thicker than original.This made it difficult to run the four wires required .

Original shaft Will be glued into the threads.
Replaced a broken shaft. Was difficult getting the old shaft out of the threads. But once I did this one fit and worked perfectly. I used a plumbers monkey wrench to tighten it down and plumbers paste to waterproof.
