Nice piece of kit, but don't like the white keyboard!
Great display, fast computer but let down for me at least by the white keyboard that can be unreadable in the wrong light! I've resorted to buying a black keyboard and mouse and using those instead. I'll be careful never to purchase a white keyboard again!

Great Laptop
An excellent laptop. Very fast, quick startup and stop. Able to run many programs together without problem. Wonderful 16" OLED screen. Loads of connections and a good keyboard. Not sure about backlight for keyboard, not for me, so I turned it off. Definitely recommend.

Just overheats and shuts off, Asus warranty just makes it worse
Had this for 5 months and it's spent half it's time with Asus being repaired. After what would have been the 3rd RMA I gave up and sent it back to Amazon, as they refused to offer a replacement.Problems include, over heating playing games and it shutting off, repair centre scratching the entire case and now the GPU is stuck at 210mhz after motherboard change.Screen does look amazing, but not worth it if you can't use it.Fans are very loud when gaming and very distracting.

Everything is good. Except for a display driver bug
It's been 2 months now, no major flaws except the window animations are a very choppy, not even close to what you would expect in a laptop of this specification. The issue i believe is the display being 4k and might not be using the rtx gpu to render them. I hope Asus will fix this with a software update. Another thing I noticed is when you watch videos with Max brightness, the highlights gets washed out and becomes white, removing all the details from the scene, lowering the brightness will help solve this issue, but it's annoying that this exists in the first place. (I am nitpicking at this point). Other than these no issues. Worth buying.

Screens faulty after 5 months
Stay away from these new oled asus laptops. Screen won’t last longer than 5 months … don’t expect customer support from Amazon they just palm u off to Asus when u have a problem

They sold me a damaged laptop
The day after receiving the laptop it stopped working. I had to wait about 3 weeks to get the refund.
