I’ve enjoyed this pre workout mix for 15 years now. Back then I was 75 pounds overweight and in serious need of motivation. This product definitely helped get me through workouts I wasn’t looking forward to. There may have been some slight changes to the mixture but it delivers the same results. Mixes easy with water, the taste is good and the results bring energy and focus without the crash. I drink a half scoop of NO Explode every morning in place of coffee. This is in my opinion the best.

I have been using this product for years and it will perform for you especially if you are new to it. I like to cycle off these and switch out my pre workouts to get better effects from them. I do get a boost of energy from these and the taste is one the best out there, and it mixes VERY well in water. If you let it sit too long, it will settle but you can stir it up. But beware, you will use the bathroom after use, it will cause looser stools. It never bothered me as it felt like it cleaned me out, but it may bother others.

This stuff gave me crazy energy, focus, and pumps!! Holy crap!! I dont know why ive never used this brand as ive known about it for 20yrs, but i can tell you itll be my pre-workout going forward!

I like BSN products for the most part, but this one is FAR too sweet or flavor something. Makes me nauseous and it's ridiculously messy. Anytime you open the lid a cloud of powder comes out of the container and makes a huge mess..

Explosive energy immediately! I felt it within 10 minutes of consuming. My face and arms started to tingle like I had taken Niacin to flush out my system. I started my workout immediately with crazy results. My sets were much easier to achieve. I was sweating profusely, I am not sure if that affected the lasting effects of the powder or not. Overall I highly recommend the VASO for an intense 2 hour cranked session.
