These are a much higher quality than the one that came with my dehydrator. Used these to make fruit roll-ups for the grand kids. love them.

durable and work well for drying .... would suggest them to someone looking to use them in dehydrators.

If your purpose is dehydrating, stick with the Excalibur sheets. Food did not 'dry' (dehydrate) with these.

So far, I like them. They fit nicely in the Excalibur trays. They are quite thin and extremely flexible so if you are expecting to pick up the mat with items on it, I don't think you can. I also bought silicone sheets that look like Silpat and they are a completely different material, much heavier and sturdier. These work for me because I am a cookie decorator and I just want to prevent crumbs from falling between layers and it acts as a barrier to help your cookies not get too dried out. They are extremely easy to clean and the price was good. They also don't feel greasy like the Silpat and similarly made items.
