ASICSWomen's Gel-Kayano Lite 2 Running Shoe

So much to say about this sneaker. I am a runner suffering from more than one injury. Decided to give these a try and I must say I had no foot pain. Perfect for Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis. Felt so comfortable. Fit like a glove. Not suppose to wear new shoes on race day but I did and I’m glad.Ran Bronx 10miler which a pretty tough course. I wasn’t speeding. My pace was 10:30 steady. , great turnover and great arch support. Also very lightweight.Decided to post pictures b/c pictures don’t lie. I finished 10 miles with a huge jump LOL.

Normally I don’t purchase running shoes on Amazon, but took a chance and glad I did. For me I didn’t feel the aches after running/walking several miles. So far so good.

While waiting for my local shoe shop to get my regular ASICS in, I came across these. Normally, I buy the gt-4000 but could not find them so I ordered these. They are extremely comfortable like my normal ones but not as much of an instep support. They don't lie about the stability though! Honestly, I feel more secure in my step in these shoes although I miss the instep support and will probably still go back to a GT-4000. I had my 72 yo mother try them on and she loved them for the stability. So, she bought a pair.Take care of your feet!

Love these shoes! Fit as expected and true to size. Great support for my fallen arch. Color is beautiful.

I love this shoes I work walking a lot and I have plantar fasciitis. I have tried a lot of sneakers and this are one of the best ones that help me hold the longest. The only problem I get is that it doesn't last me 3 months before they ripped. I have bought like 3 pairs now and all do the same. I still chose this sneakers over any other but be aware it might not last long. 😉 about to buy my 4th pair now. I recommend it.

I bought these shoes 6 weeks ago for work as my doctor said they were the best. But wearing out in less then 2 mo at this price is pretty sad. 👎👎

I tried these shoes because I have very flat feet and it seemed like these had good arch support, but they didn’t work out. The entire sole is very very soft, which is nice if you’re really looking for impact absorption, but for me it just felt like there was zero support or stabilization. It was like trying to balance on memory foam in my own shoes while running… so weird. My feet felt tired after wearing them for only 30 minutes, it was like my feet had to overcompensate for the lack of support because there’s just nothing to push down on when you’re taking a step.The fit is also weird in that my feet kept getting pushed forward, my toes were getting shoved into the front of the shoe. Again, I have flat (and narrow) feet, but I’ve honestly never had this issue in any shoe before.Also one of the least pleasant aspects is just how insulated the shoe is - my feet felt hot before I even got on the treadmill. Maybe good if you like running outside in the winter?Overall, not good if you’re looking for support, stabilization, or breathability .

I love these. They are super comfortable for long walks and I have no rubbing or shin splints or any discomfort when running. I'm a 2-mile 12-min-mile toe-runner and even though the heel has the obvious cush - these are super for my needs. Only complaint is the long shoe laces - I wish they were a little stretchy like my old pair of Mizunos and I wish they were shorter - I tangle them every time I untie them.

Ich laufe gerne und regelmäßig ca 20 km die Woche. Ich habe relativ schmale Füße, einen leichten Plattfuß und knicke dadurch innen gerne ein.Nach langen Suchen und Probieren bin ich bei dem ASCIS Gel-Kayano Lite 2 gelandet und möchte diesen nicht mehr hergeben. Es ist bereits mein dritter Schuh von diesem Modell.Der Schuh unterstützt mich perfekt zu laufen. Er ist sehr gut gedämmt und hat eine Pronationsstütze. Ich knicke seitlich nicht mehr weg und habe genug Stabilität beim Laufen.Für mich der beste Laufschuhe und daher eine Empfehlung von 100 % !!!

I've bought these for the London marathon and I'm confident they'll be fit for purpose.

This brilliant, stabilising show has been a game changer in my running. Wearing these has seen me beating PBs set years ago. Love them.
