Better than I had hoped!
Sound quality is good, and I'm told that the mic sounds good as well. I don't use them very often as I hate headphones, but I have to admit that these are light and comfortable, so when I do have to wear them I don't mind as much as I do with my wired Sennheisers, which aren't bad themselves, but heavier than these. The range is pretty good, and they are easy to set up. There are a bunch of controls to dial in the sound the way you want it, including a bunch of presets, so you should be able to get them to a place you like pretty easily. I admit these weren't my first choice, but since getting them, I am really very happy with them. So much so that I would buy them again.

Great Headset
I took a chance and I bought this for my husband even though he was determined that he didn’t like wireless headsets. He LOVES IT!! He’s a computer gamer and his fellow gamers noticed right away that he was on a new headset and they commented about how clear it sounded and how much better they could hear him. Big Win!

On par with high end headsets
On par with high end headsets, light and roomy they may lack bluetooth connectivity but it's not an issue if you don't need to take them away from your computer or console .I own various types of over the ear headphones ranging from avantree, audiotechnica, sennhiser, samson, to logitech etc... you get the idea... now my personal choice are the open-back style headphones becasue they offer a much better sound stage experience and they are great for localization when gaming tho terrible if you use them when other people in the room the sound leak can be annoying. So recently I wanted to try the JBL brand and hear for myself what the fuss is all about. I ordered 2 mid range models the JBL Tune 710BT (meh!) and the JBL Quantum 350 and while I didn't expect much from a non bluetooth headset the JBL Quantum 350 are impressive to say the least, they remind me of my Audio Technica AD500X and the M50BT with just the right amount of bass, the clarity is just as good. Also the sound stage is great for a closed back model. Bouns! the software included has equialization capabilities. They could improve the pads and the mic clarity but is just fine for gaming. not an issue either I always get better ear cushion for my favorite headphones anyway.pro tip: On Windows make sure 'audio enhacements' are NOT enabled.

Good wireless headphones
I have had these JBL headphones for about 6 months now and I have but one complaint and it is not really a big one and may not be an issue for the average user.. The wireless range, sound, comfort and durability of these head phones is very good so far. The battery life is okay not real bad and not great and that is my only small complaint. You will have no issues playing games or watching movies on average volumes settings for 9 or 10 hours straight however you will need to recharge every other day if your a heavy user. It will charge and play and I do that sometimes.Other than that small complaint these are great wireless headphones.

There are some issues. (REVISED)
REVISION: after having the headset for several months, I'd like to revise my review and say that this headset is TOTAL TRASH - DO NOT BUY. It's so much worse than what I mention below, no point going into details, just imagine the worst trash headphones, and these are pretty close to that.OLD REVIEW:We'll start with the good: sounds great, does a good job of blocking outside interference, the mic is surprisingly good. The battery life is incredible. Unfortunately, that's it. Wait, some people have said they are uncomfortable; I find them to be very comfortable and fit very well. The bad: it requires you to plug a transmitter into one of your USBs to get Bluetooth connection, this is stupid, even the cheapest of headphones comes with Bluetooth antenna built in I don't want to waste my USB slot, if I did, I would've bought a wired headset. The spatial surround introduces a lot of noise, I didn't buy it for that so no big deal, but if that's something you're interested in - don't get these. The headphones automatically shut off if no sound comes through for a while, which is typically good, except when you want to reconnect, 90% of the time you have to unplug the antenna from your USB, turn the headphones off and on again, and then it'll work. Poor design.I could keep going, but yeah, this headset is not the best, not even close, yet, at a steep discount with financial struggles, I'd say it's okay. You won't be happy but you won't be upset either. Just annoyed

Solid headset…but not for Xbox!!
I didn’t want to rate this as a 1 or 2 because I felt that would be too harsh - it is a very good headset for PC use. However, the rating reflects how there’s NOWHERE in Amazon’s description that said this was incompatible with any Xbox system. Had to find out the hard way by purchasing it, then returning it once I saw on the box it was incompatible (probably one of the reasons why this headset is getting returned a lot, Amazon *HINT HINT*. For other reviewers saying there’s also no Bluetooth connectivity, my recommendation for prospective buyers is the spend the little extra for the JBL Quantum 360X, which allows for Xbox use AND has Bluetooth capabilities so that I can switch between my Xbox and my work computer.
