First one was a dud and heated up, but the replacement works great!! It is quiet and keeps wines at the desired temps for red (top) and Chardonnay (bottom). Fit under our counter perfectly.

I really like this little wine cooler with two temperature zones. With the reds on top and the whites down below, this cooler keeps wine at the perfect serving temperatures. It fits nicely into the narrow space that I have for it and makes almost no noise. The removable shelves are especially handy when I want to put a couple of 1.5 Liter bottles in the bottom part of one of the two sections; by pulling out the bottom shelf in either section, I can slide in two 1.5 Liter bottles, one partially on top of the other. Also, a box of wine can be placed in the same place, which makes it very nice for my favorite boxed Cabernets that I like for every day drinking. The size allows me to store enough bottles of reds and whites so that I always have a decent choice for any particular occasion.

Would not go below 60 degrees, and it had trouble cooling after leaving it on while empty for several hours. It drops temperatures drastically when you open the fridge and it takes forever to cool down just a few degrees, even though the surrounding air isn't much warmer. The middle gasket easily falls out and is not secured properly. The fridge arrived with missing shelves. Worst part of it all: the manufacturer, Koolatron, does not respond to emails and they do not respond to phone calls; I was on hold for over an hour to try to get a replacement for the shelf that never arrived. If I had not ordered on it Amazon, I dont think I would have been able to return it anywhere else.

I’ve had this wine fridge for about a month now. For me, the compact size is perfect, the temperature setting accurate, and the unit looks great. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating: the touch screen to change between setting the top and bottom zone temperatures doesn’t work as well as it should. I was ultimately able to switch to get both set, but it took a few minutes. The touch screen to actually set the temperatures works perfectly.

It works great, the lowest temp it will go is 54° so keep that in mind if you want your white or sparkling cooler than that. I personally don’t mind storing at that temp and then moving to a champagne bucket for serving if it’s something special. My unit arrived in great condition with the exception of a broken leveling foot. Customer service was able to get one to me quickly and without issue. Overall excellent experience!

Very quiet and stays cold. Just make sure to keep the door closed and in a more temperate room, so that it doesn't have to work too hard.

Updated after 2 years. Still does an excellent job keeping both zones at right temp. BUT, if the power surges just a little, the unit will reset to 12C in both zones. No memory to keep set temps. Over time, the key pad on my unit just would not work without pounding on it. So it became almost impossible to reset after the numerous thunderstorm surges here in Florida. Customer service offered no resolution. So I would suggest buying a unit with a battery backup to keep the temp after power interruptions. I only review products that are above or below expectations. This wine cooler is an excellent product. Sits close to my table on a tile floor, but I never hear it. The 2 chambers keep my reds 62, and my whites 45. I've measured the wine, and they are the same as the temp I've set on the cooler. Attractive, well built, highly recommended.

This cooler is perfect. Bought it for my daughter. Great that it has dual controls or if you only drink white you can make both temps the same. Nice size, fit great where we put it. No noise, no vibration. Great sale price. Can't be happier.

Tellement satisfaite

Was delivered earlier than announced. In time for Christmas. I like the dual temperature. Looks good in a kitchen. Works really well.

After figuring out how to use this cooler, it turns out that it is excellent product for storing wine. The part you don't even know it is there. It is very quiet.

Malheureusement il est défectueux il est bruyant et la température du vin rouge ne monte pas plus haut que 12 degrés même si on la monte a 18 degrés je connais quelqu'un qui a le même et il fonctionne très bien et est silencieux. J'ai mal tombé donc très déçu.

Nous sommes très satisfaits. Facile à mettre en marche. Beau modèle compact.
