Does the job for a first timers
This is a great starter kit, but not for the serious gym heads, not gym quality but great for the price and I have been happy with it for home use.

High Quality Product
I really like the quality of the product. It was a bit of struggle to slide the handles on the ab roller but it means it grips well. It came nicely packed, each item in their own minimalistic paper boxes. Knee pad is also premium quality.

Good piece of equipment
My partner loves this and uses it always at the gym. Only thing I would say is that the handles where hard to get on. Use some lubricant and they slide right on and stay on.
