I have a graveyard of planners I've bailed on, not this one!. This one is perfect for daily life that provides space for listing daily and weekly tasks, short and long term goals and planning, projects, creating/following routines, acknowledging wins, tracking habits, chores and even tracking if you took your vitamins and had enough water for the day. The end of week overview, review and preparation pages are great for seeing where your strengths and weaknesses ended for the week. It helps to see what was not completed and narrow down the focus for what needs to be addressed in the upcoming week. The weekly self-care section is the perfect, non-intrusive push. The ADHD Planner is easy to use, easy to follow and surprisingly, one I've been able to stick with so far.

Somewhat Disappointed
The ADHD Planner was recommended by a friend whose judgement I value.I haven't actually begun using the planner as I am not sure how to use it. There are no hints, instructions and/or internet sites to access any information on how to use the book.The website printed at the front of the book is incomplete. I had to return here to Amazon to determine the author's name as it isn't listed in or on the book in any way.Searching for information regarding author or how to use planner resulted in nothing. Will keep the planner and use it as I can. However, I will not recommend it to anyone else.

my favorite planner ever
I was looking for a good planner for myself and this one is more then good > I totally love it.I did not finish the first one and I already bought another one .

A 2-month planner
I have a weakness for beautiful paper product so I’m sad for giving it only two stars. But this beautiful minimalist planner provide space for only two months of weekly and daily schedule. It makes sense because giving the ample space the planner offers to accommodate everything in it another month would make this planner way too bulky. However just because I have ADHD and that I’m willing to invest in tools to help myself doesn’t mean I can afford to pay 6x the price of a regular planner.

Can be confusing
I bought this planner for my partner hoping she’d be able to keep better track of things because of her severe ADHD. This product is so confusing for her and hard for her to understand. If you have severe ADHD, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Cover says “ADHD Planner”!?
This doesn’t work for my brain. And I really REALLY do not want my daily planner to say “ADHD Planner” on the cover.

Best planner for Chronic ADHD
I love my planner! I have ADHD AND chronic fatigue. I tend to forget what is important for me to do the next day and this planner helps keep me on track!

Great planner with minor misprints
The planner is great! The goal pages at the start are great for keeping yourself accountable and planning - the habit tracker has space to mark for up to 3 months which is great. I love that every day has a 2 page spread as I like to write about the day at the end a little as well as tracking what I need to do beforehand. The only issue I had with the planner is that there were a few instances of an extra Sunday page at the end of some weeks. Using stickers for the dates it made me have to be extra careful after I caught the first one. Otherwise great!!

Helps me organise my life…
This is a real life saver. It helps me look ahead and keep things on track. Loving the brain dump section and planning for the next week. The habit tracker is a nice bonus too.
