This mic is great, it was super easy to get started with out of the box, assembly is easy and the interface is intuitive. Sound quality is really good. The battery lasts as long as you'd need it to (5-6 hours on a charge roughly) and charges back up super quickly.If you don't care too much about sound quality there are definitely cheaper options but this is the way to go otherwise.

Customer support went above and beyond by contacting me via email to resolve what happened with my order- this store genuinely seems like that care about customers, asking me specifically what console I was trying to use it with and assuring me they would be either find the issue and have it fixed or that they would change the distributor or whatever, so they're not just selling crap my review was harsh, they were very kind and courteous while emailing and I appreciate them reaching out because knowing I bought something broken is so much better than finding out I've been scammed.LOVED THE HONESTY!!Original review at bottomI've already been refunded - But forthose looking at this for gaming/ mobile phone streaming, you'll have better luck elsewhere, I bought this to stream from my console and or my phone but when I set it up and plugged in, -regardless of whether I used aux or USB- my viewers were saying they either could not hear anything I was saying no matter what I tried it would not work-so I ended up unplugging it and using my ps and phone mic, but it seems to work with pc, unfortunately I don't use a pc to stream

The sound quality is awesome but there are a couple drawbacks. The mic holder overlaps a couple of the buttons which can be problematic especially during a live stream if adjustment is needed during the stream.To use the mute button actually can be heard because you have to touch the mic to mute the sound, a little annoying, as do all the buttons, the mic will pic up the sound during a recording or podcast so all adjustments need to be perfect before starting to avoid this problem.The pop filter doesn't screen out much, the mic is so good it could probably hear a mouse peeing in cotton... I wouldn't recommend this mic for use outside of a studio or sound room that is ultra quiet.I would recommend using this with a system that had some form of noise suppression because it pics up everything.I would purchase it again, it is well made, does not feel at all cheap, aestheticly it is pleasing, it is easy to use (intuitive functions) but it is super sensitive which could be a drawback unless that's what you're looking for. Overall, drawbacks included, I give it 4 stars.

I'm confused with the setup of the microphone, I contact customer service and they solve my problem very quickly. Firstly it has noise when recording my song on YouTube, but I changed my cellphone as Heidi advised and it works. Thank you!

I am very busy so I wasn't able to open the product until after the 30 days and was shocked to see it doesn't work.I plugged it into two different phones and nothing. nothing at all.I thought it was my issue, and watched 3 different videos and discovered I was doing it right.I was sent faulty microphone so i feel sad i lost so much money.

This microphone has been great for narrating on my YouTube channel. The sound is great, and it was so easy to set up. I'm happy I purchased it.

I love the clarity when recording songs. And it's a very professional microphone that I can adjust to any mode. It's a portable DJ mixer!
