Ridiculous product and their customer service is even more ridiculous. I ordered this product on 9th Oct, 25. It's been 7 months and I'm facing issue with this product every single month sometimes twice a month. The Kent RO suddenly stops working, sometimes there is unbearable alarm noice coming from it. Buy a local RO but never purchase a Kent RO. They are selling expensive RO and their service is 0. It's been 7 days since the Kent water purifier is not working and I already called their customer team 3 times but there is no resolution yet. Never ever purchase kent water purifier they are not worth your time and money.

Good product Prompt service
Good product, prompt service. As soon as delivery happened next day Kent person arrived and fitted the water purifier and he did it with in 30 min and it was very clean.

I am very satisfied with this water purifier. The installation was quick and easy. The water taste is very good and feels pure and healthy. The alkaline and copper feature makes the water better for health. The design is also nice and it is easy to use. Overall, it is a very good product and value for money. I would definitely recommend it to others. 👍
