USA TODAY Jumbo Puzzle Book: 400 Brain Games for Every Day (USA Today Puzzles) (Volume 8)

I got this USA TODAY Jumbo Puzzle Book: 400 Brain Games for Every Day (USA Today Puzzles) (Volume 8) Paperback, for my brother. My brother is bedridden, in a long-term facility and I thought this would help him pas the time. Well, I was correct. He loves this book. The first thing he said to me was, this is so big. He tells me, he uses it every day, and it keeps him busy, and he likes the puzzles. it is a Hit with him, so 5 stars from me.

Bought this for the Mrs. She loves it.

Just what I needed. I do a puzzle or two to help me wind down before bed.

I bought it for my father, he’s elderly and has always loved crossword puzzles etc. He loves it and it keeps him busy and his mind exercised.

These are my favorite crosswords. When will the next one be available? I’ve completed the previous USA Today books, and I’m anxious to get another.

Sooooo.... Not proud, but man is in jail and he loves the USA Today stuff. He just asked me for a Sudoku book from them. He's very intelligent and these keep him happy. Easy to hard!!

So far, I’ve only done crosswords and killer sudoku from this book. I love the killer sudoku (new to me - so fun!), but I don’t like these crossword puzzles. I’ve been doing the crosswords from USA Today newspaper for years and I love them. The ones in this book are a lot harder than those and some of the clues/answers are too far fetched for me. I’ve done 9 of the crosswords so far and haven’t actually enjoyed any of them. I want a crossword to be challenging enough to be fun but not so challenging that I only get a handful of answers on my first pass! If the USA Today newspaper puzzles are too easy for you, I think you’ll enjoy the challenge. If not, these are tough.

I got this for my dad to use while waiting in the car for mom. He's almost finished it!

Great big book, hard puzzles for me but I’m new to crosswords.

I am very disappointed in the Jumbo Puzzple book as there are more crossword puzzles than anything else, and only three choices. I would like to return this book if possible.Elsie Howard
